In limited circumstances, we may rely on our service provider for technical support, where data may be incidentally accessed from the United States.

We analyze Personal Information in our systems to better understand use of our Services and what care programs or Services to provide. Where practicable, we use de-identified or aggregated information for these purposes. For example, we may use your postal code and aggregate it with all other TELUS Health Care Centre patient postal codes to determine the best location to open a new physical clinic.
