Practical exercises that could help you transform your relationship with food
This course will help you to better understand body image, the impact of genetics and chronic dieting on metabolism, types of hunger, the difference between fullness and satisfaction, your relationship with food and movement, and how to identify self care strategies and challenge “food police” thoughts.
